Shipping, Returns and Refunds

ioSleep Inc. ships with Canada Post and are limited to the delivery timing they offer our customers.  

Returns and Refunds - Please note that ALL SALES are final.  All of the sleep items sold on ioSleep.com require your time commitment in order for the therapy to work.  EPAP therapy requires a minimum of 14 days of consistent application.  

If there was an error in your shipment and/or your products are unopened and sealed a full refund will be applied within 30 days of receipt.   Please contact us immediately at info@ioSleep.com to notify us of the error.
